- The Bureau has recently upgraded its computers and software to provide latest in CAD, graphics, photo enhancement and 3D design.

- Web Page Design and E delivery. The Bureau specialises in researching and designing web sites. Please contact us if you think we can save you time.
- Recent work for Public Sector Clients includes: supply of ‘helping hands’ for hard pressed Development Control Team and the preparation of Improvement Plan for Major Applications for a large planning authority (working with Spirals Management Consultants).
- Recent Planning Application work includes:
- major planning applications: mixed use retail, restaurant, office and residential development; master-planning for residential, community, commercial, retail, employment uses; major business centre development involving retail use; highways and sewage work for large residential scheme.
- minor planning applications: change of use major distribution centre for horticultural products to distribution depot and manufacturing base for the production of concrete and stone products; village residential infill developments; minor extensions and refurbishments; design of multi-skill production centre for people with special needs.
- Historic Building Applications. The Bureau has recently expanded its activity in this area of work to include: residential conversion barn complex for 6 units; barn conversion, Dordogne; investigative work - Grade II Listed Country House complex; conversion of Dance Hall to residential flats; works to Grade II* Listed Building in significant Conservation Area and conversion of derelict chapel to 5 bedroom dwelling with integral roof garden.
